Anschutz 1771 .223 Rem. Rifle w/ German Stock & Two Stage Trigger

A made-to-scale repeater for predator and light game such as roe deer. The perfect fit for cartridges in .223 Rem. This trim rifle is perfectly balanced and feels quite a home when shooting from the prone or standing position, even running shots on moving game, as well as on the bench. It is designed for highly precise shots, a familiar environment to our ANSCHÜTZ target rifles. Barreled Action
• The 1771 action features a traditional centerfire bolt layout with utlizing a three-lug bolt directly to the barrel; allowing a quick, short 60° bolt throw. The action is extraordinarily smooth and fast to function. It is equipped with a picatinny rail. There are additional drilled and tapped holes provided for scope mounting bases and rings.
• The one-piece firing pin has a defined end-stop area to prevent damage from dry firing. • The cocking mechanism features gas vent holes, which in the event of cartridge failure, directs the gas safely to the side.
• The right hand side, sliding safety catch, blocks the trigger sear in the safe position. The ergonomically designed safety catch is easily and silently operated. The bolt can also be opened in the safe position, allowing unloading the firearm with the safety engaged.

5098/71 Two Stage Trigger
